Q: What sizes do you offer?

Q: How do I care for Acrin Wear clothing?
A: Wash inside out, cold water (30°C), gentle cycle. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron inside out if needed (low heat).

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days.
International: 7–15 business days (varies by destination).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately via email or chat with your order number.

Q: What is your return / exchange policy?
A: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery (if the item is unused, tags intact). (Full details in Return Policy section below.)

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re sorry about that. Please send us photos of the defect or wrong item within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
